Former Minister Puvvada Ajay Kumar expressed strong confidence that the “Pink Flag” (BRS) will fly high in the upcoming Wyra municipal elections. Speaking at a meeting for poll incharges and candidates on Wednesday, he asserted that the victory of the BRS, CPM, and CPI alliance is certain if all cadres work together with unity.
He highlighted that BRS has already shown its commitment by announcing its Municipal Chairman candidate in advance, a move he claimed rival parties were too hesitant to make.

During the meeting, Puvvada cautioned supporters about “confusion tactics” being used by opponents, specifically regarding symbols like the ‘Chapati‘ and ‘Roller‘ which might mislead voters. He urged party workers to stay alert and counter such strategies effectively.
Launching a sharp attack on the current government, the former minister Puvvada criticized the Congress for failing to deliver on its “6 Guarantees” over the last 25 months. He contrasted the previous KCR administration’s ‘Rythu Bandhu‘ scheme with Chief Minister Revanth Reddy’s approach, alleging that Congress only provides ‘Rythu Bharosa‘ around election times. He encouraged the alliance candidates to take the “pending promises” (Baki Card) of the Congress to the public to secure a win.

He also welcomed several leaders from the Congress and BJP including Shaik Pasha, Pallepu Ramu, Marikanti Shiva, and Gugulothu Ramu into the BRS fold, strengthening the party’s position ahead of the polls.
The meeting saw the participation of several key leaders, including Wyra former MLA Dr. Banoth Chandravathi, former SUDA Chairman Bachhu Vijay Kumar, and BRS leaders Banoth Manjula, Lakavath Giri Babu, Krishnarjuna Rao, and Visveswar Rao. Also in attendance were BRS Mandal President Banala Venkateswarlu, Town President Suresh, CPM leaders Veerabhadram, Bontu Rambabu, and others.
